Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) is a Public-private partnership to promote innovation, managed by business. This cluster has a pioneer in both Spain and Europe in terms of its public-private operating model. It was established over 10 years ago with Regional Government support and now has over 150 business members which operate in a number of strategic sectors: Aerospace and Productive Processes, Agro-foods, Biotechnology, Construction and Civil Engineering, Energy and the Environment, Leisure and Tourism and IT.

  • Its objective: promoting business R+D in collaboration with research groups.
  • Its principal activity: financing R+D projects and offering advanced support services for innovation in companies, universities, public administrations and other bodies.
  • The key to its success: encouraging cooperation between key agents in the field of innovation.
